If you are not a current CMU student (enrolled within the last year), complete the CMU application before submitting your program application. Please note, acceptance to CMU does not guarantee acceptance into the nursing program.

This application is for the traditional BSN (tBSN) program. This is NOT the application for individuals who already possess an LPN who are seeking admission to the LPN-BSN program nor an individual who possess an ASN/原子吸收光谱法N RN seeking admission to the online RN-BSN program. This application must be DOWNLOADED prior to filling it out.

PN Application Form - Grand Junction

卡普兰护士入学考试
Kaplan testing is not required for the LPN-BSN, or the RN-BSN Program.
The Kaplan 护理 School Entrance Exam is available to take throughout the academic year.
Results of the Kaplan Exam are required to be turned into the 健康科学系 by the application deadline. Students are allowed to take the KAPLAN only 一个 time per application cycle (either fall or spring).
If the Kaplan 护理 School Entrance Exam is completed at the CMU Testing Center, the 健康科学系' will pull the results directly. For candidates taking the Kaplan 护理 School Entrance Exam at another Testing Center, it is the candidate's responsibility to work with the CMU Testing Center to set up the exam so th卡内基梅隆大学 has access to the results.
Please schedule your testing session accordingly, so you can meet the application deadline.
